We begin with a visit to the cellar, where the main stages of our wine production will be explained. This is followed by a guided tasting of 6 different types of wine from among the most recently produced: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso and Rosad (Ros\u00e9 of Merlot). We reserve the right to change the type of wine should it be sold out. The wines will be accompanied by appetisers of local products, such as prosciutto crudo (ham), salami at knife-point, and cheeses from the area.
