The small hut, founded in 1933 by a Trieste section of CAI, stands in the shade of trees on the left bank of the Rosandra stream. From here, numerous trails, more or less challenging, start through the beautiful Rosandra Valley. The hut is home to the mountaineering school, and the area is also a destination for cavers, attracted by the karst nature of the area.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div entrance to the Rosandra Valley and is the starting point for exploring this enchanting valley.<br>The landscape has both pre-Alpine and Mediterranean elements and is dotted with caves. The valley is cut in two by the Rosandra stream, which forms a spectacular 35-meter waterfall visible from the path leading to Bottazzo.<br>There are numerous walls equipped as climbing walls. Of hiking interest is the lonely Comici cippus; delightful is the small church of Santa Maria in Siaris.<br>The Rosandra Valley can also be admired by bicycle, thanks to the bicycle path that was
