abbarbicato sulla roccia, dal quale si gode un panorama spettacolare. Questo rifugio \u00e8 punto d&#8217;appoggio per la salita alla vetta del monte Peralba a 2694 m e tappa della Traversata Carnica, che collega San Candido a Tarvisio. La zona \u00e8 a confine con l&#8217;Austria e per questo motivo il rifugio \u00e8 contaminato dalle tradizioni austriaca e italiana, che creano una grande ricchezza culturale, linguistica e Avvicinandocisi si sente crescere la forza di queste rocce esposte, cullate da venti leggeri o spazzate da forti folate, e si comprende anche la resistenza e stabilit\u00e0 di questo rifugio, abbarbicato sulla roccia da un secolo. In seguito ad alcuni avvicendamenti sulla destinazione d&#8217;uso e dopo diverse opere di restauro ed ammodernamento ha raggiunto il suo aspetto definitivo negli anni &#8217;70 ed \u00e8 cos\u00ec che ci si presenta oggi: confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario, ma decorato, nel rispetto della tradizione, con forti richiami al passato ed alla sua primaria funzione di rifugio oltre che alla vita montana e alla cultura della vicina Austria. localit\u00e0 Cima Sappada, seguire le indicazioni per le Sorgenti del Piave. Superati il <a href=\"https:\/\/explorerfvg.com\/luoghi\/rifugi\/rifugio-piani-del-cristo\/\">Rifugio Piani del Cristo<\/a> e la Baita Rododendro, poco\u00a0prima di arrivare al <a href=\"https:\/\/explorerfvg.com\/luoghi\/rifugi\/rifugio-sorgenti-del-piave\/\">Rifugio Sorgenti del Piave<\/a>, si trova il parcheggio per il rifugio Calvi.<\/p><h5>La carrareccia<\/h5><p>Il percorso pi\u00f9 semplice \u00e8 la carrareccia, l\u2019ampia strada sterrata che ci si trova di fronte arrivando dal parcheggio e che, in circa un\u2019ora, porta direttamente al rifugio. Porre attenzione a non seguire le indicazioni sulla destra perch\u00e9 conducono alla ferrata.<\/p><h5>Il sentiero delle marmotte<\/h5><p>Lungo la carrareccia si trova la deviazione per il Sentiero delle marmotte, che sale ripido,\u00a0tra i fischi delle marmotte,\u00a0direttamente al rifugio.<\/p><h5>La ferrata<\/h5><p>Dal parcheggio imboccare il sentierino sulla destra e, dopo aver percorso un breve tratto del sentiero 132, seguire le indicazioni che riportano la scritta \u201cRifugio Calvi, Percorso Fortini, Monte Chiadenis, per La carrareccia \u00e8 alla portata di tutti, anche se risulta ripetitiva. L&#8217;alternativa del sentiero delle marmotte \u00e8 sicuramente pi\u00f9 allettante.
