A visit to the former Cludinico Coal Mine, located a short distance from Ovaro, offers an exciting experience in the underground world of the miners. Accompanied by an authorised guide, you will embark on a fascinating journey through history, geology and adventure, exploring a section of the 150 km of tunnels dug underground. The tour is safe and suitable for everyone, even children over the age of 7. A guide will be at your side at all times to accompany you along the route, telling you stories about the mine and its workers. The interior path is illuminated and, for the most part, the height is over 2 metres. Inside there is good ventilation and a constant temperature of 15 °C.

Children under 7 years of age are not allowed
Not suitable for people with heart disease, physical disabilities or pregnant women.
Experience not suitable for people suffering from epilepsy and/or claustrophobia
Recommended are hiking boots or shoes with a non-smooth sole; no flip-flops or slippers
The guide may block entry to visitors not wearing appropriate clothing and/or footwear
Indoor temperature: 12-15 degrees: long-sleeved T-shirt or sweatshirt recommended
Minors must be accompanied by a parent
It is advisable to bring a bottle of water, an umbrella and/or clothing to protect yourself in case of sudden thunderstorms.
During the visit, all directions given by the guide must be carefully followed
Allergic reactions are possible in already predisposed individuals and/or patients with respiratory problems due to the presence of spores
