Forest bathing and nature immersion experience in the Upper Torre Valley

With the arrival of the scorching heat, it is the perfect time to enjoy experiences in contact with nature, far from the daily chaos and heatwave. On Monday 5 August at 5 pm, we are offering a Forest Bathing experience, immersed in the colours of the cooling afternoon, the scents and energies of the beech and pine forests in Musi (Lusevera, Pian Dei Ciclamini), within the Julian Prealps Natural Park. We will depart from the welcoming Pian dei Ciclamini mountain refuge and then venture into the woods of the Musi Valley, the Carpathians of the Upper Torre Valley. An ideal experience for those who want to slow down and get away from the hectic pace of everyday life, reconnect with the natural elements through easy exercises, reactivate the senses to rediscover the environment of the forest and the Earth, and feel at home. It is unlikely that you will return home as you left: we all need to learn how to feel good again.
