We will set off by bicycle from Marano Lagunare to discover Marano's only fishing valley "Valle Nalon", which operates with the traditional fishing system, leaving the fish's reproductive and vital life cycle to nature. We will cycle along the banks meeting the 'valesan', a pivotal figure in the valley, to hear about his working techniques and how nature can affect the reproduction of fish. After the tour inside the valley, we will continue pedalling until we reach the "Lovo" valley, where we will also discover a new breeding technique, visiting the production workshop, appreciating and tasting the catch of the day, delighting our palate as well as our hearts by admiring the unique beauties of an exclusive territory. Once we have admired these natural and scenic beauties, we will proceed to an area that is now important worldwide for its wine, located on the Adria bike, where we will discover its vineyards immersed in the valley, tasting a good bubbly accompanied by excellent cicchetti (small snacks), thus also discovering the originality of the gastronomy offered by these magical places. We will continue along the cycle path that connects us with the heart of Marano Lagunare to reach its historic centre to discover its seafaring traditions, listening to the stories of fishermen who will be encountered on the jetties spinning their nets. The cycle excursion will end at an ancient osteria with cicchetti and good wine.
