We will take you on a guided tour of the largest balsamic vinegar cellar in the world, followed by an exclusive tasting of our balsamic vinegars, some of which have been aged for up to 35 years. You will discover refined pairings with local cheeses, artisan ice cream and dark chocolate, all complemented by a non-alcoholic cocktail made with Midolini balsamic vinegar.
