PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

– Browsing data –
During normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This data is processed for the following purposes:

• obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website;
• verify the correct functioning of the website;
• prevent fraudulent or harmful activities;
• respond to any requests from the Judicial Authority.

Log data is stored for 30 days, except in cases of security requirements or investigations into cybercrime.

Explorer FVG adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including:

• two-factor access systems to the server
• regular backups
• anti-malware scans
• HTTPS connections
• access to data restricted to 2 authorised persons
• antivirus systems and firewalls of the hosting provider
• Wordfence security plugin

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

Only authorised members of the Explorer FVG team (maximum 2 people) have access to the data, for operational, security or assistance purposes.

MODULES

The forms on the website collect data necessary for the provision of the respective services (contact, newsletter, partner company requests, etc.).

DATA REQUEST OR DELETION

To export or request the deletion of your data, please write to: privacy@explorerfvg.com.
Explorer FVG will remove all stored information.

NEWSLETTER

Users may subscribe to the newsletter and withdraw their consent at any time by clicking on the links at the bottom of each e-mail.

The provision of data is optional, but necessary in order to receive a response or access the requested services.
