With the arrival of the scorching heat, it is the perfect time to enjoy experiences in contact with nature, far from the daily chaos and sultriness. On Monday, 5 August at 5 p.m., we are proposing a woodland bathing experience, immersed in the colours of the cooling afternoon, the scents and energy of the beech and pine forests in Musi (Lusevera, Località Pian Dei Ciclamini), within the Julian Pre-Alps Natural Park. We will start from the cosy Pian dei Ciclamini Refuge, and then venture into the forests of the Musi Valley, the Carpathian Mountains of the Upper Val Torre. This is an ideal experience for those who wish to slow down and get away from the hectic pace of everyday life, reconnect with the natural elements through easy exercises, reactivate their senses to rediscover the environment of the forest and the earth, and feel at home. You will hardly ever return home as you left: we all need to learn to feel good again.
