We will set off from Malga Saisera to complete a ring-route that will lead us to the splendid Stuparich bivouac at the foot of Jof di Montasio at the bottom of the wonderful Val Saisera in the Julian Alps. A moderately demanding hike but with very suggestive views! At the end of the excursion, there will be the opportunity to share a convivial moment at a local restaurant in the valley.

Weather-related changes - To ensure the safety of participants, in the event of adverse forecasts or weather conditions, the guide reserves the right to make changes to the programme or the date of the excursion. It will be the guide's duty to give as much notice as possible of any changes. Clothing: - Breathable technical underwear/T-shirt - Thermal layer (fleece) - Waterproof layer (Gore-Tex waterproof jacket or similar) - Hiking trousers - Hiking socks - Hat and sunglasses - Lightweight boot or technical shoe (even low) with a carved sole (Vibram or similar). Equipment: - Day hiking backpack (approximate capacity 20/30 litres) - Telescopic trekking poles (recommended) - Sun cream - Water (bottle, flask, camelbak) approx. 1.5 litres - Energy bar/chocolate/other snack - Packed lunch - Spare underwear/T-shirt - Head torch
