We will seize the moment of sunset to easily walk on the fortifications of the City-Fortress of Palmanova in an unusual and evocative itinerary. The sector of the fortifications that will be visited will be the one between Porta Aquileia and Porta Cividale in an itinerary among the Napoleonic lunettes. We will exclusively visit a Napoleonic fortification, namely the Napoleonic Lunette entrusted to the Associazione Amici dei Bastioni, an association of volunteers who take care of it. We will walk, like explorers, through the gallery that will lead us to the moat, thus changing the scenery of the fortifications. We will stroll among the flowers - food for the bees that "lodge" in one of the lunettes - and there will be no lack of stories and tales of the recent and past life of the fortifications.
